We are proud to announce that Vert does not have gender pay gap anymore: salaries at Vert have been evaluated, and female and male employees in engineering and in operations departments get equal pay for equal work.
We have taken into account everyone’s university degrees and work experience, and where female employees were found to be paid less we brought salaries up to a fair level. Now every member of Vert’s team is on a level playing field.
That’s a part of our ethos: at Vert we ask for a lot, and reward good effort really well. Our team makes innovative products which traditional industry organisations said were not possible.
